I would start calling the numbers in the phone book explain that you found the phone and your trying to return it to the owner look for contacts like HOME, MOM, DAD and call those first. If they know you are trying to give the phone back that you found someone will tell you how to get in touch with the person it belongs too so you guys can meet in a public place and return the phone

Call their contacts and tell that person that the cell phone you are using belongs to their friend/family.

well i found a cell phone before what i did is i tried to find the person number house number and called them and told them. last time they gave us money for giving it back no lie.

Try to find out what service she has, ie, verizon, t- mobile. bring it to their store, and let them take care of it... or bring it to your location p.d... (police dept)
