how do i eat properly when excersizing??
i am a naturally slim person and have recently started working out vigorously for about an hour 3-4 times a week. how can i eat good so that i dont loose unnecessary weight?

Eat a good ammount of protien. Fish and chicken are best. This promotes muscle growth to help tone your body and gets you in the best shape.
5 small meals a day rich in protien are best.

yes melissa is right! also if your already slim, and working out, try eating more calories! but healthy food. eating more calories will stop you from losing weight, but if they are healthy and your exercise it will stop you from gaining or losing weight.
