My question is how long have you been using this method and how effective has it been in preventing you from getting pregnant? (I am assuming of course that you are following the method correctly.)
Have you gone many many years without getting pregnant? How many years?

a year and a half!! But I started charting beforehand so that I was already used to it and knew my ovulation, before we started using it as a method to prevent pregnancy. The good thing is that then when you do want to get pregnant you already know how your body works!
(we've also used condoms when I was on my fertile phase, but I tracked the time with natural family planning methods)
I am lucky though, my body works like a swiss clock, so that has probably made it easier for me.
