Problem here. Does anybody believe Obama never heard that jerk reverend talk his trash?

The man was/is a member of this church and was brought to "Christianity" and married by the good reverend. Does he expect the American people to believe he didn't know the man was an anti-american speaker and had such hatred for our country? Obama has to have heard this type of speech from the man and to tell people otherwise defies the average person's common sense. I can remember EVERY preacher I ever heard and what he professed to believe most in, be it political or religeous. Obama has not only heard this venom but most likely has patted the reverend on the shoulder the same as the man did in the video. He now has to promise the american people he'll investigate this man and the church in elected. Obviously a possible terrorist cell in our country again? Obama needs to explain everything connecting himself to that church and minister. This along with the statement from his wife have me wondering about his loyalty to the USA!

I never will understand why, when presented with a question and an inability to answer, the person asking is labeled as a neo-con or a knuckle dragger. LOL I personally am independent and remain in favor of WHATEVER is best for the country and people in it. Obama a "muslim"? His father was and he is from a family that at least heard hatred for christians. I can't label anybody because I can't see inside them. I can look at the way they represent themselves and form MY opinion. My opinion is that Hillary isn't what we need. Bush turned his back on us after being re-elected. Obama isn't experienced enough and McCain isn't the best choice either. What do you do? No qualified people in this thing. Nader? LOL Should everybody write in Rosie O'Donnel?

church people talk. They are extended family and hear about all the news, even if they aren't in church the day it happens. There is no way he could have missed sermons like the ones I have heard on video. To damn the country from the pulpit is incredible. Where were Obamas' children during this diatribe?

It has never been reported that Obama is deaf or blind, so I have to logical come to the conclusion that Obama heard it all before, knew about and hoped no one else would find out! Watching him deny it last night-his campaign stating "NO" when asked in the AM if Obama would have any objections to Wright's statements in his so-called sermons then doing a total about face that afternoon to denounce those same words is such a bold-faced lie that Bush would have to admire Obama! What happened to Obama's claim that he was above these types of political maneuvers? OBAMA IS A LIAR,FRAUD and RACIST!

I don't think anyone believes that Obama never heard any of that. That preacher talked like that every Sunday, you can bet on it.

What will happen though, is that someone (or a few) within that congregation is going to come forward and tell us all that Obama did indeed hear many of those types of sermons.

It is the nature of the beast - 5 minutes of fame - most people can't resist it. Give it time.... you'll see.

Disingenuous. It is a return to Bush/Cheney attempts to lie and think the public will accept distortions out of blind patriotism or commitment to the party. The sad irony here is that the pastor's obvious sentiments and hatred are in direct contrast to the beliefs of the democratic party.

Ten to one odds he was there to hear some of it and was in agreement. I mean, his denouncement that was just published says that he denounces anyone who speaks out against the U.S. Doesn't that include his own wife who has confessed to only being proud of her country once in her life?
