A young commercial pilot that has just been hired by a regional airline is payed poorly. In some cases (depending on the airline) a new hire can potentially qualify for food stamps.

Exactly the same amount as if she did training at home with a big degree. Pilots are paid the same at any particular airline, as it's not by merit like at many other types of jobs. Pilot pay is based on seniority, what aircraft you are flying, and what position you are in. Captains make more, of course. Is that what you were asking?

They aren't paid as much and that can be the same if you are a he and have the same issue.
