Certificate of Completion?

I am looking into taking online classes for medical billing and coding..They are accredited by DECT but only offer a certificate of completion at the end of your courses..Is this certificate worth anything? Will employers take an online certificate of completion seriously? How do I get certified? Thanks in advance

i took mine online and i went thru career institute.at the end of the course if u cant find one they will help u find a job in ur area.
