Check with your OB, but Claritin, Allegra, and Zyrtec are all Pregnancy Category B, which means they are believed to be safe during pregnancy....Show more

Antihistimines will dry up your milk supply quickly- so be sure to check with your dr or pediatrician (mine suggested saline nose drops, but they didn't really help much) before you take anything even OTC!! Good luck- hope you feel better!!...Show more
