Check with your OB, but Claritin, Allegra, and Zyrtec are all Pregnancy Category B, which means they are believed to be safe during pregnancy.

Not sure about breastfeeding, but when I was pregnant my OB/GYN told me I could take Claritin. Ask your doctor.

Antihistimines will dry up your milk supply quickly- so be sure to check with your dr or pediatrician (mine suggested saline nose drops, but they didn't really help much) before you take anything even OTC!! Good luck- hope you feel better!!

Yes. Tylenol allergy. Call you pharmacy, if you don't know your pharmacy number mine is 410-551-5141 (CVS). I breastfeed and I take that.
