I'm watching the correspondent's dinner, has anyone else noticed what a good sport the President actually is?
I mean if you think about it some of the people who are up there make fun of him the most and he is there laughing along with the jokes, doesn't that show how good a sport he is when it comes to people making fun of him? Could Barrak Obama learn from the president in that regard?

President Bush is a stand up guy, No matter what anyone thinks of him, He is true to himself, And he is funny as heck! You gotta have a sense of humor!
I think President Bush is an awesome man who doesn't allow himself to get caught up in his own press, good or bad. I appreciate that he always does what he thinks is right, even though it costs him in the end; I really do admire that.
Hey, Canuk? I lived in the Middle East for five years and I was there when busses blew up and children were killed and snipers blew a ten month old baby right out of her mother's arms, okay? Sometimes war is necessary. It isn't pretty, it isn't fun, it isn't "Politically Correct," but if you've got the juice to stop it, why don't you?
The guy who is raping the girl in the parking lot is a criminal indeed, but the man who walks by, witnesses it, has the power to stop it and DOES NOTHING? That man is far more a criminal than the rapist because he could have done something to save someone else and instead chose to look the other way.
I think most presidents do that. It is just a dinner and jokes time from the news correspondents. I would be surprised if any president would take it personally and and saying no more of this- no more political trivia please. Former Clinton took it well too. Barack has to do the same thing by not take it too personal- I think he could do it by watch him using this as his file. But , I cannot tell if it he will, a long way to know for sure.
The President is a good Christian man. A man of character. Anyone that meets him says he has class. Obama is false. He indeed, could learn from our President.
You know, it's us, not the pols who take everything so seriously.
Take Obama and Clinton. They smash each other to pieces, then shake hands and are civil to each other and talk about how they will unite after one or the other is the nominee.
They all know it's just the way the game is played.
I really dislike Bush as a president and think he has made disastrous decisions, but he seems like an OK guy as a person.
