how do i find out the maximum speed of ram that my computer will support?

i have a HP pavilion a6110n PC

i was wondering if it supports pc6400 ram?

i think it does, if u could find out for me or give me some way to find out i would greatly appreciate it

Your motherboard will only function *correctly* with 667MHz RAM, although you might be able to get it to work with 800MHz.

BTW: PC-6400 is 800MHz RAM.
