what do you think of this thesis statement? how can i make it better?

In "Frankenstein, The Phantom of the Opera and "Carrie" we can observe a  characteristic of humans which is constantly recurring throughout literature and all forms of art as well as history; that characteristic is that humans judge with ignorance,in many occasions, and they do so out of fear, primarily, fear of the unknown.

Very good!  All I could suggest (and it's a suggestion, only) is to change "we can" to "it can be observed that".

I might also suggest dropping the semi-colon and changing "that characteristic" to "which".

I think that will be an excellent paper!  I know you can't do underlining in YA, but make sure you get the titles all underlined or in italics.
