Sure, then we can hear blacks complain that they are always in second place for at least 4 years.

The Republicans are miles ahead of the Dems--and that i'm a Dem! they have each and all the angles discovered, on an identical time as the Dem management continues to be attempting to come to a decision which end is up. If Obama is the in all probability candidate, McCain will in all probability %. Condi Rice, and as a team they're going to smash Obama, no remember who he gets to be his working mate. The Republicans already love Condi, so as that isn't even an argument for them. As for the Democrats, Condi will draw an somewhat great proportion of the two black and lady voters from their swimming pools. maximum human beings of black persons are choosing Obama by using fact he's black and because they experience that he will succeed to black human beings frequently in terms of strengthening their positions. Condi might have the potential to end the comparable concern, yet in contrast to Obama, she easily has some genuine journey in national and international affairs, so she has a leg up on him. Then there is the female vote. many of the female Dems would be very disillusioned that Hillary Clinton misplaced and could locate Condi an proper addition to the McCain fee ticket. Then there are male voters. Condi isn't undesirable looking and she or he's amazingly gifted enjoying the piano. maximum human beings do no longer comprehend approximately that, yet they're going to, if Obama wins and McCain options Condi as his vice chairman. So all in all, McCain & Condi will score a landslide. the drawback is that on each and all the subject concerns, they're going to only proceed the Bush administration regulations and practices, that have been damaging for the country. yet by using dumb Dems, that's what we will get.

Terrible. She's seen as too close to Bush in a very anti-Bush year (on both sides). Colin Powell, on the other hand, would be a perfect running mate for McCain.

She would be the highest risk/reward choice.
She might help with the African-American vote, but I doubt it. If she were the VP, she should have a better chance of making the Rev. Wright controversy stick to Obama.
The key is whether she can take from Hillary's base of white, older women. If she can, she should be the choice. No brainer. I am not convinced she can take that vote.
Condi should do very well with the national security moms, but they vote Republican anyway.

She'd make a fabulous running mate. Condi Rice would singlehandedly hand the presidency to Obama.
