Ron Paul supporters, does your state allow write-ins?

Clinton supporters are compiling a list with the facts for each state regarding write-in votes. If you are unsure about your state rules contact the office of the Secretary of State (most states).

ebmid2: Not that I would ever call you a moron, but anyone who thinks a vote, which can represent a number of things to different people, can be wasted may fit that description.

flercemel0n: When I worked in Circuit Court, I worked in the Clerk's office for part of that time. We processed the absentee ballots; there is still the possibility of not having your ballot counted/ballot fraud. But, you are correct in that it is not as likely.

Weird. I thought all states allowed write ins. It's an excellent way to get morons to waste their votes, so they won't have an effect on the election.

Ron Paul could placed the "A" back in u.s.! i admire him because of the fact he speaks of ways he could improve the U. S.. he's no longer the leap on the band wagin (shall we talk familiar well being care because of the fact surely everyone else is) candidate like something of the phonies working. i think of his campaign is significant because of the fact he has new and clean innovations that are meant to earnings the human beings and not the government or significant companies. If someway interior the subsequent twelve months, human beings quite need to improve u.s. and can get previous the BS media then he could have a raffle against the different Republican front runners.

Ron paul supporters need to ask for an absentee ballot. Then they can vote for who they choose a week or 2 before the voting starts because you will be "out of town on vacation." That way your vote is on paper and not in a machine who the inventor is quoted as saying "I designed the vote counters to make sure that the republican party stays in power forever." That is a fact yes he said that and yes we use them. Thank you land of the free home of the brave and housing the ignorant. I really wish people read more.

I read recently that 48 out of 50 states do allow write in votes, but we should check with each state, to see how they handle it.

I'm going to a Ron Paul rally tomorrow & should know more by tomorrow night.

I am currently wracking my brain to figure out how to get Ron Paul's name on the November ballot in my state. We have a voter classification of un-affilliated in my state,,,,I just wonder if we could somehow enter Dr. Paul in that catagory???
Thanks for the question.
