If a guy on your first date wants to impress you and take you to a post restaurant?

and when the check comes his money is not enough to cover the amount of the check and asked you to pay the difference, like you are paying for your own meal, will you go out with him again ? Or you won't take that against him because he is so handsome and he makes you laugh?

This question was asked in a Beauty Pagent to an 18 yrs old, her answer is to give him a second chance and she'll see to it that he have enough money to cover the meals for both of them, I would do that too.

You are shallow if you judge people by their looks and not their personality.

He is not good in managing money. He spent more than what he earned. Many people break up because of money matter like debt. The relationship would not last if he don't change.

This is funny..:)
Well, I would just tell the guy that it is a pleasure
that we split the bill..no problem .I do not really mind
going on dutch or give the guys treats at times..
We take turns or he pays the meal and I get the movie tickets..something like that.
Anyway, I seldom choose posh places for meals so treating the guys is not a super big deal to me.So long as we have a good time of fellowship..that's more important.:)

Hmmm... I would not go out with him again if the date involves spending money (I guess that rules out most dates!).
Maybe I would give him a chance if he makes (and I mean actually cooking and planning) a nice park picnic for me, or if we go out with a bunch of friends. And he would have to work really hard to gain back my confidence.
It seems to me that he has poor judgment regarding money, and that is a sign he might be careless on some other aspects. Looks and sense of humor don't make up for good judgment.

Well, in my opinion I would still go out with him again since he makes you laugh and you seem to really like him. It may have been a mistake of his that he didn't have enough money to cover the both of you, and perhaps he should have been more prepared if he wanted to impress you, but his feelings of just wanting to impress you should show you how much he likes you! Give him another chance. :)

I might give him another chance if I really liked him, but I would still be upset because he wasn't prepared and it *would* leave a bad impression for the 1st date...
