I have a sperm count of 109 million. The average count is 20 million. I do not know where to look for any other information and don't understand standard deviation. What percentage of people would have my sperm count or higher?

Standard deviation is the measure of deviation from the normal or from the average in connection with your sperm count the magnitude of your deviation depends on the people and their sperm count. If few people have the same count as yours, in the Gaussian curve you're in extreme high cases.

20 million is just an average. Sperm count can be higher at times than others. For example, if your wife was out of town, when she came back your sperm count would be higher than before she left. Advocates for the Sperm Wars theory say this is to give your sperm a beter chance of fertilizing her egg if she happened to have been with another man when she was gone.
