There is nothing wrong with a 43 year old man being with a 19 year old woman. They're both legal age adults. I am 43 and i would love to date a 19, 20, or 21 year old woman. Many relationships work out good between older men and younger women and the vice versa. When i worked at Wal-Mart, i had a female co-worker who was in her early 20s and she was married to an older man in his 50s. they are still married and have kids. People who bash older men 40 and above for dating young women 18 to 25 are just a bunch of stupid trolls. This is 2016, not 1956. Just don't force a young women at 19 to date you. If she wants to be with young guys her age, let her do that. Lots of 19 year old women like older men 40 and above.

But if the 19 yr old is doing it for $$$$$$, then its kinda not right, because the Rich 43 year old man, might just fall in love...and get his heart broke...when the 19 year old moves on to younger love...

Its kinda gross...i mean, i have a 19 yr old daughter, and me an my husband are 40..
So this 43 yr old man, is old enough to be the 19 yr olds daddy..
But if its true love...go for it...but dont do it for wrong reasons...if you do, someone will get there heart broken..and alot of emotional issues..etc. Someone, out of the 2 people, one will fall in love, and the other will not...

The key word is rich..but if they both enjoy each other's company it's fine I guess even if that's gross...
But where would the common ground be between them exactly? Some consider 19 a teen and most 19 year olds aren't even in college since they're fresh out of highschool

it depends. technically, they're both legal adults, but it still might be wrong in some cases.
first off, why would a guy at 43 still be obsessing over 19 year old girls??? i'm 20 and i think most women at his age are perfectly fine. they are more mature sexually and mentally and a lot of them are just as hot as younger girls physically. if the 43 year old man prefers girls that young over slightly older women, then he's probably into young teen-like features which is kind of wrong for someone at that age. also, it's a little hyporcritical for him, being 43, to think that women who don't look like teeny girls aren't good enough.
but if it's really not just about sexual attraction and if the 43 year old man is not always obsessing over teen girls and they really happen to be in love, then i guess it's not WRONG, but still a little awkward.
EDIT: @ say ello to my lil avatar: it's DEFINITELY the other way around. have you read any questions regarding older women going for teen guys? the answer are SO much more supportive! one of them was even a professor who was aking about seducing her 18 year old STUDENT! she got tons of "you go girl" type answers.
