Am I pregnant? High Progesterone at CD21, now at CD 25???

Hello all, My husband and i have been TTC for almost 1 year now. I started my second round of Clomid at the beginning of June. We definitely ovualated, I can tell by my BBT Chart and we also took OPK's which for the first time ever came out positive. I did a progesterone level at day 21, it came back at 46, which is so much better than our first test which was a 1! I am now at CD25 and just waiting...I took a preg test this morning but it came back neg. Which I know it can still be too early. What do ya'll think? I am going to the doctor in one week, next Tuesday, if AF has not arrived. The only thing I am worried about is that I never have regular periods so I am not really sure when I have missed one. You would think with positive ovulation you would definitely get your period right???

Any help would be great, I am sure you know how it can take over your mind!

After ovulating the latest your period should arrive is 17 days later. However, taking drugs can affect every thing- so you never know.

I have very regular cycles (23-26 days). I always ovulate on my own. I usually get my period 13 days after I ovulate. This cycle I did clomid for the first time. My progesterone level at day 21 was 76. I am currently 18 days past ovulation. My period is 5 days late. I am not pregnant. I have taken a HPT and a blood test. I also have had an ultrasound. The medication has just messed up my cycle. If I don't get my period by Thursday they will have to induce it.

Progesterone levels in the mid luteal phase (day 21) are not predictive of pregnancy.

Once you are 14 days past ovulation, if you use an early detection test, you would most likely get a positive if you are pregnant.

Since you are charting your BBT, if you get 18+ days of a high temp, you are most likely pregnant. But you do need to confirm with a pregnancy test because a cyst can cause the same thing.

I wish you the best of luck.
