I'm 16 and I have the same problem. I was so horrified at first because I thought it might be something bad. When I went to the gynecologist she told me to stop eating and drinking things that have caffeine in them. That worked for a while but now the pain is back. If it doesn't go away in a couple fo weeks I'm going back to the doctor and I suggest you do the same. I doubt it's anything dangerous though but better safe than sorry.

You may have Fibrocystic breasts.. I am 23 and was diagnosed with it about 6 months ago. I had always felt pain once in a while for years until I felt some type of lump. I freaked and went to my doctor. She told me it was fibrocystic breast disease and nothing to worry about. Look it up and see if that could be it. It's pretty common. They flame up during certain hormonal days or if I eat too much sugar or caffeine.
BUT- don't take my word for it because cancer is a serious thing (if you think you have it).. Your very young, so I doubt it's cancer- but make an appointment anyway. Better to be safe.

Pinched back muscles often send the pains around your body on the nerves to be pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. The nerves your pains took ended up in your breasts instead. The pain in your arm can be from the nerve getting trapped by the back muscles to send the pain down it. to get rid of the pains you have to free up your back muscles to release the muscles and here's how to free them up: Back: (do while sitting) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

....I wanted to mark this question because I tend to be having the same problem. I'm 19 so I also assume I'm too young for breast cancer... I hope you get some good responses.
