I want to get my clit hood pierced. A vertical one, because I like them better. I'm not doing it for a guy or anything, I've just always been curious about them and I really want it. I have a piercer who has been doing this for 30 years, and he's clean. I'm not getting the actual clit pierced, just the hood, and I was wondering a few things.
-Will it hurt to pee? -Can I wear lace panties after it heals? -How long will it bleed for and how much? -Is it hard to find jewelry, is it more expensive? -Does it really heal in two weeks? -Will I be able to drive home or will it hurt? -I walk around a lot at work, so will that affect anything?
So, people who had it done before, please answer! Thanx!

Got mine done July 8th! It is the BOMB! I was extremely apprehensive for obvious reasons. To answer your questions, slight sting with first few trips to the bathroom, I don't wear panties (wink wink), VERY little bleeding, can't change jewelry yet, it's been a week and the healing process is going very well (can barely tell it's there most of the time), driving home afterward was surreal, slightly dangerous (couldn't stop looking at it, still couldn't believe I did it, it was beautiful, no pain), walking is awkward at first because of the unknown, but I continued my strenuous workout activity in the gym the next day.
T-M-I, but I waited as long as I could before letting my man kiss it (wink), but last night was...it was...whew! All I can say is I wish I had done it years ago!!!
if the piercer does it right, you keep it clean and infection free you can do anything with a clit hood piercing. if your prone to yeast infections, it's not recommended. jewelry for any kind of alternative piercing is always expensive, but you can look up websites that have good deals on really cute stuff, really you should leave the original piercing in for at the very least six weeks. healing time depends on your personal body, but it will be tender for a few weeks. if it takes longer than a month, bleeds, swells or gets more tender, you need to go back the piercer. some girls just can't have one because their body rejects it. that's really rare so i wouldn't be too worried. these are great questions to ask your piercer. talk with him and he should go through cleaning techniques and maintenance and any other questions you can think up. good luck!
OMG HONEY TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS!!! I had my clit hood pierced a while ago, and I haaaate it. It took about two months to heal, and to this day it hurts to pee. It bled for a long time, too. Luckily it didn't get infected, but that is very likely. I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO DO THIS!!
