I want to keep track fans I have and be able to let them know when i do events and have other cool things going on but i am not sure how to do that? Is there a way to do throught my website or a free service that offers that?

You should start building an email list to let your fans know about your events. If you don't have a website, you can simply use a sign-up sheet at your events. Then use a bulk email program to send your messages to your email list. I recommend Group Mail, it is a great, easy-to-use email program. I think they might even have a free version. Good luck!
