Here in the Bahamas..........?

Here in the Bahamas there is an eight year old that is pregnant. Social services have her in their custody. What should happen to the baby. Is the parents at fault here?

the child needs to get an abortion and yes the parents are at fault, they should have tought their daughter about these kind of things, esepcially if she had started her period
