I'm 3 hours behind you so it's not that late. I do have insomnia so I'll probably still be awake in 3 hours!

I have insomnia.
Though quarter to midnight is pretty early on my standard. Its 3AM here. For me there is no late, just really really early, as I wind down around 6am when I'm lucky. If not I just stay up solid. I go for weeks without sleep...

B.F. woke me when she came in and now I can't get back to sleep.
Heartburn try eating a Dill pickle or drinking a little dill pickle juice. That works for me when I get heart burn.
