Chicken, skin on or skin off?
Is there a difference in the fat content of a cooked chicken breast without the skin or cooked with the skin and then the skin is removed before eating?

Yes. When you cook the chicken with the skin on, it keeps some of the fat in from the breast that would normally drain off, plus the fat in the skin melts down onto the breast as well.

Jut pat off the extra oil after cooking, the chicken is moist after you cook with the skin, not so dry. Marlene of Fl.

"Chicken meat won't absorb any fat from the skin during cooking. Skin will also protect the meat from drying out during cooking and will add a little extra flavor. So leave the skin on during cooking and peel it away afterward."

YES! Without skin in soooo much healthier, just flavor the chicken itself.

Take the skin off! Its much healthier and tastier, you can taste the chicken rather than the flour and stuff.
