How do you validate the target on a remote viewing that is currently unknowable?

If, for example, I found some secret underground base in the Middle East, how could I validate the existence of something like that without being able to be there? And... for this hypothetical situation, the base is secret, it's never been revealed, and the owner of the base is unknown.

Google Earth is nice, and I have it... how do you tell what's underground?

Stress on: beneath the topsoil.

I also want to stress: this is a theoretical... in theory, how would it work? Oh, and... if I'd actually found something like this, I wouldn't be posting it to YA, just so people relax on it. I'm merely curious as to how you could know what you're seeing is real.

Why not go above ground directly over the secret installation.Check out the landmarks and get some bearings.

The simple answer to this is that you can't.
However, it is apparently not unusual for the military intelligence community to have information (even from non psychic sources) that they can not confirm with any other additional information.
On a related note there were even incidents in the US Remote Viewing program where the target (and additional information) was so top secret that the viewers could not even be provided evaluations to see how accurate their sessions (information) were. In those cases the information was knowable but unavailable.
This is why information from Remote Viewing (and any other source) has to be verified in order to be useful and especially if one is using the information as evidence for Remote Viewing.

If one where to train their mind with the image of the global latitude and longitude grid, this could be used as a reference to pinpoint a location. The remote viewer would simply pan in or out of the found location to determine it's coordinates. I have heard of this being done before.

There are a few agencies you could contact but that is one list you probably don't want to make if you want a normal life.

Besides that isn't how remote viewing works. The tasker would already have some information about the site and would be looking for validation or additional information about it. What you described is not remote viewing.

You can't without endangering your life. If there is a secret that important that it is deep and the owner is unknown then there is a lot of incentive to stop others from exposing it. The power of government is a force to be reckoned with.
