Is eating Caesar Salad everyday a good, healthy option?
The one I eat consists of Romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, butter-flavored croutons, and Caesar dressing. Not to bad right, especially if I make this the main meal for lunch and dinner?

The salad is tossed, so I'm not eating glops of Caesar. It is 22% fat, though.

Well, salad is considered a healthy dish, but I'm not so sure about Caesar salad... I'm not sure if it's too healthy to have Parmesan cheese everyday! Or Caesar salad dressing. But then again, it's delicious , so who cares!
The butter flavoured croutons, bad, dressing bad. You would be better having a garden salad with heaps of veg and salad stuff and a grilled chicken breast/ fish or grilled beef on the side, no skin, fat etc, except on the fish. Olive oil and lemon juice and good vinegar dressing. The things they sneak into the caesar dressing is beyond comprehension.
Yes, however the Caesar dressing is not so good. Start to lessen the amount of Caesar dressing day by day. And eventually you will start to eat less of it. Meaning it will be better for you.
What about a healthy risotto? Jamie Oliver always has great ideas; try one of his websites, or a book of his. Or a salad and tuna sandwhich? I wasn't liking tuna salad until I changed mayonaisse, and now I am liking it quite a lot.
well actually, caesar dressings are often full of calories, especially if you're one of those people who soaks their salad in dressing, and croutons are pretty much pointless calories as well.
instead, you might want to consider a salad with a better variety of vegetables and a light dressing.
