A non-smoker here:
Reaper's right: smokers are selfish people.
To illustrate this, where I live in Winchester, VA, we have a great regional hospital that recently said no smoking ANYWHERE on the campus except inside personal vehicles. So, rather than accepting that it's no smoking, they walk right up to where they THINK the campus begins and light up and smoke before going in. That people have to walk through a blue haze and smell that sickening smoke is a non-concern to them.
On an even more local level, I have banned smoking in my house after years of tolerating it. Now, just a whiff of smoke makes my eyes water and throat scratchy. That won't get it. Bannng smoking has cost me a friend or two, but that's OK-COPD runs in my family and I'm not use my lungs as welcome mats for the self-indulgent-and worse-the inconsiderate.
One final thing. There is actually something grosser than the smoking human being. And that would be the ashtrays they've left behind over the millennium for some other schlub to empty and breathe those damned ashes. Only one or two notches above leaving "used" toilet paper in inappropriate places.

I don't smoke.
In the area where I live there are special places for smokers to smoke thus they won't disturb other people. In airports and hospitals there are also special place for smokers to smoke.
I think smoking is an individual right, as far they don't disturb or harm people around them. I don't know why people start to smoke, but anyway cigarette companies serve a lot of job vacancies.

Eh. My state has a 10 foot legislation. You have got to be ten toes clear of the general public front to a constructing. At that factor, it sort of feels to me that the damage of the smoke within the air is low in comparison to the volume of air pollution that's already there. The quandary with that is that the subject external a public front is quite often the one situation with a roof. In a torrential downpour or thunderstorm, for illustration, people who smoke both ought to stand out within the rain (and be despatched dwelling from paintings for being soaked) or holiday the legislation and smoke in entrance of the door. This legislation gets rid of man or woman rights with the intention to look after the opposite persons from a moderate danger. Perfume offers me an instant and extreme bronchial asthma assault. This occurs to many persons round fragrance. Should we make it unlawful to put on fragrance in public? After all, I would come to be hospitalized from smelling your fragrance. Not to say, there is predicament that probably the most chemical compounds in fragrance intent melanoma. Shouldn't you be banned from dressed in it? Shouldn't you, with the intention to look after me, quit dressed in it voluntarily? And wherein will we quit? A lot of youngsters are allergic to peanuts. Shouldn't you, being the conscientious individual that you're, quit giving your non-allergic youngster peanut butter sandwiches with the intention to look after the opposite kids? Should peanut butter be banned from colleges? As for having a puppy, overlook approximately it. Pet homeowners have puppy dander on them after they move out in public, puppy dander that different persons are allergic to. Therefore, it stands to motive that no person will have to have pets. After all, they will have to become aware of that they are harming different persons, is not going to they?
