Are republicans dissapointed with John McCain?

Is this the best they can do? Will a real conservative ever win office before WWIII/ Global obliteration, etc?

Yes but if I was in a state that was in play, I would vote for him. Since I live in Maryland, I am voting third party.

A true conservative would not attract enough undecided, middle of the road voters to get elected, so let's go with what we got and get behind our man.
