Do you think it would be possible?
I am creating a set for one of our shows that requires constant scene changes. Since our theatre is small (small enough not to have wings) I was thinking if it were possible to put flats on rollers (like sliding closet door rollers.) We have a ledge were the balcony on stage juts out about two feet. If it were arranged right, do you think that a system of sliding flats could hide the flats not being used and still provide for the overall quality of the show? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
