It's very likely. There has been no confirmation from the producers yet but there is a very good chance that they make another one. It'll be called "fountain of youth". There was a hint at the end of the last movie if you remember.
They're the best trilogy ever made and I can't wait to see a 4th movie.

It's very doubtful, because Keira Knightley has decided that she doesn't want to do another one, so if they do, they will have to find some logical way to cut her out.
