If you were going to start a "Go Green" company what specific item or service would you implement first?

whatever the service or product offered, i'd make sure to minimize or eliminate the packaging required to deliver it to customers; whether that means producing it where the customer will consume it, or drastically reducing the fossil fuels needed to transport it, i think that cutting the energy required in this step would go a long way toward a greener world.

specifically, the most important service i could provide would be to help a customer identify for himself the nearest (and therefore, likely the most energy efficient) source of needed resources. it seems that most companies and individuals are receptive to the idea of going green, but don't have a specific idea of how to start. by identifying those services and products that a company needs, and matching them with nearby or fellow green vendors and distributors, all the parties involved would 'win'. bringing like minded persons and ideas together for the greater good... that is how to do it.

If it's a food company, go for wheat grass juice. It's going to be huge very soon.
