Has anyone seen the new pres/congress approval ratings, just out????

Bush - 26%
Congress - 17%. I'd like to send my thanks to Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Charles Schumer, Arlen Specter, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, and others too numerous to mention, for the wonderful job of looking out for us that they're doing.

I wonder if I had such a wonderful rating on me from my boss, what kind of a future with the company I would have.

Funny how you ignore any Republican in congress and that wolf in sheep's cloth Lieberman. Face it dude, you are a stooge for the GOP. I also see no comment on a 26% rating on Bush.
Your silence speaks volumes.

Yeah, when you've got an immature 36% approval rating cokehead alcoholic vetoing any legislation that you put in front of him - and using 'signing statements' to ignore the parts he doesn't like even when he doesn't veto it - you are gauranteed to get low ratings.

The reason that congress enjoys such low numbers is because:

1) They don't have enough of a majority to actually over-ride preznit pissypants.

2) When people elected enough dems to give them a slim majority - they expected them to immediately go after Bush/Cheney and the rest of their lying, war-profiteering cabal.

You do realize that there are numerous Repubs in both houses of congress, right?

the reason I ask is because you only listed those that are going against most of bush's policies.

Do you know that congress is 51% dem, 49% repub? How do you know its not the repubs in congress that the ratings are referring to?

I love that when these congressional approval polls come out, no on one the right ever points out that there are Republicans in that failing congress, too.

Nope it's all the Democrat's fault.
