Why do kids today... ?
resort to fighting instead of acting like mature people. They want to fight over every little implied slight. They can't just learn to ignore each other, or behave with respect.

i guess you really mean argue...... because the world is full of mouth now a days...... back in my days we fought...... we knocked people on their rears...... then we talked...... that behavior gained respect to us...... or fear...... we would take either one......

What bothers me more is the level of hypocrisy adults have. Adults, for the most part, are the real 'children' who produce nukes, have petty disputes over somewhere up in Antarctica and use "democracy" to cover up their unfair societal structure. It's rather comical and implies perhaps that the reason for Mankind's endurance in such a conundrum of constant warfare with a fellow neighbour is tied to the fact that adults themselves don't clean themselves up and act as role models.

these impoverished kids have no self-esteem; they're running solely on ego because that's the only identity they can come up with.
