where is the meat behind Bidens attack on Cheney?

Obama and Biden keep saying repeatedly that they don't' want any personal attacks in the campaign it should be about issues.,...

so i have waited patiently for Biden calling Dick Cheney the most dangerous VP in the history of the nation. but have yet to hear it....

can someone please show me where Biden has explained or justified this highly derogatory person assault on our VP??

and for those that want to say the VP is strictly part of the executive branch.. i would point to auricle 1 of the constitution that STATES CLEARLY the vp shall act as president of the Senate.

information police.. no i said he DID say it.. he has yet to say why...

for a campaign that is against personal attacks and slander.. surely there is a reason behind this!

marshman when you say "The VP position as President of the Senate is to be used only as a tie-breaker vote, nothing else."

that just is NOT the way the constitution is written...

it specificly states in article 1 section 3
"The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided."

the vice presidents JOB is to be president of the Senate when he is available. he ONLY votes if it is deadlocked.. but if senate is in session and he is available; he SHOULD be the president.

Dick Cheney may not be the "most" dangerous, but he is one of the most deceiving, power hungry VPs ever.

Look at the lying about the reason to go to war in Iraq.

How about the Plame CIA scandal and attempted cover-up.

His ties to Halliburton and the Food for Oil Scandal.

Cheney's secrecy prevails even in the Executive Branch of government.
An interesting article in June 2007 Time Magazine is headlined with:

-The Cheney Branch of Government-

and goes on to tell about Cheney's secrecy in his White House office being a problem with the White House Staff.

The VP position as President of the Senate is to be used only as a tie-breaker vote, nothing else.

The American people demand and deserve a Balance of Powers. To have any one person have power in more than one branch of government would be considered a conflict of interest, let alone a threat to our country.

I can only imagine Cheney or Palin having more power than what the VP position entails. Our country would be in turmoil...especially with all the secrecy and lying characteristics these two people have.

regrettably for Dick Cheney history isn't style to him and the Bush administration. The neoconservative schedule has been an abomination and an unpleasant stain on American history. All of his efforts to alter history won't artwork. Will there be yet another tried terrorist attack? probably sometime. Will or no longer this is as undesirable because of the fact the attack the Bush administration allowed to ensue even after repeated warnings? No. do we be distracted with the help of an unnessasary conflict like Iraq lower back, hoepfully no longer.

I don't get your question: You say Biden has not called Cheney the most dangerous VP in our history and then you want him to justify saying something he hasn't said? I don't get it.

Oh, and if the VP is part of the legislative branch, then he cannot claim executive privilege, as he has done.
