Fantasy football trade question?
I have RB Adrian Peterson of Min. and WR. Tory Holt on my fantasy football team. I received a trade offer for them in exchange for WR Terrel Owens and RB Kevin Smith of Det. Does it sound like a good trade?

Absolutely not. AP is a premier RB and it finally looks as if the Rams have some offense going. The Dallas situation is messy and TO is near boiling point.

Although Tory Holt is terrible this year because of a bad Offensive Line and QB Issues, and you'd be getting T.O., Peterson is the best RB in the league and Kevin Smith is close to a 2nd string RB (Rudi Johnson should be starting over him).
Don't do the trade. =P

Not at all.
AP kills Kevin Smith in every aspect. Rudi Johnson has been getting a ton of carries in Detroit anyway.
And as obvious as Torry Holt for TO sounds, TO isn't putting up crazy points so far this year.
I'd offer a counter trade and try to get TO and a QB, or TO and a better back than Smith.

Dont make that trade!!!! Chicago has a better defense than Dallas, if not the most explosive and highest scoring defense in the league, and you already have a very solid wide receiving corps. Porter isnt going to be a factor in fantasy football because Oakland doesnt have anything going for them. No running game, an unproven rookie QB in the NFL, and no other supporting receivers to take pressure and double teams off of Porter. You wouldnt improve anything by making this trade. Hope this helps, good luck this season!!!

No do not do it. Adrian Peterson is one of the best. Torry Holt would be a good start today against Dallas.
