Has anyone else noticed how superbly professional Japan Airlines is?

We recently flew roundtrip from Tokyo to Manila with our baby. OUr requested safety seat was already attached to the seat when we boarded, and they flight attendant confirmed our request for a child's meal. What an excellent airline....

Japanese companies have high standards of work ethic. Compared to other cultures, Japanese people take their job very seriously. Going into a Japanese McDonald's, for example, you would rarely see trash lying on the floor and the atmosphere is much cleaner. They strive to work hard and that's what I love about Japanese culture.

Hi, I'm Japanese.
I think, there are probably three resons.

1. Japan is so narrow that the rents of airport grounds are very high.

2. Due to tough control in law, a few companies monopoly the market. (So low-price companies based in foreign country basically can't accept the sanction.)

3. The sallies of the pilots and flight attendants are very high.

Yeah, but it's also more expensive.
