American Gov and Britan Gov?

How were they alike?
I'm supposed to make a Venn Diagram on the American Government, and the British Government for my History Class. I have plenty of differences, but can't find any similarities??

HELP!!

Both have 2 houses of Parliament, elected (if they are elected) by the simple majority (first past the post) voting system, and in the executive fairly high competence of the head of gouvernment as opposed to the whole cabinet. In Europe only France has a similar powerful president.
Both have a de-facto 2 party system, although both have other parties besides the leading ones. (Their particular election systems do not give much of a chance to small party candidates)

Look at the House of Commons. You will see a lot of similarities to our Senate.
