Most people in here are going to answer no due to the fact that you are asking in the Hunting section.

Anyone who says otherwise is just answering a loaded question.

No deer hunting is not wrong. It keeps the population under control and provides good, healthy meat. I see most everyone that answered is in agreement. I think that the people screaming animal abuse over hunting a deer are way out of whack.

No Hunting is not wrong. Its actually necessary to control deer population. If the herd is not controlled they will start to starve, and here in IL we are starting to see the CWD disease. Hunting is needed. Having said that, if you don't eat Venison then don't hunt.

nope...i think its wrong not to hunt. hunters are care takers of the natural world without us nature is all out of wack. without us animals become over populated. hunting is a way of life for us. when we shoot a animal such as a deer, its not for the thrill of the kill. its for the better of the heard. when you shoot a deer you save it from much suffering, such as being hit by a car and breaking some legs only to stave...or staving because of over populated heards. when we kill a deer, we don't just let it sit a rot and walk off...we take it home and eat it.
when we kill a deer we don't act like its a piece of crap, we treat it with much respect, respect for feeding us, and letting us live by it dying.
eating a wild animal is MUCH more humane then eating a farm raised animal

if anyone is going to bash hunting they better at least be a vegan..because other wise they are just as "bad" as we are.
