What it means......simple. the majority of 40% of Americans who pay no federal taxes voted for him based on what? A $500 welfare check? Ohhhh - that's going to fix what? That is ONE thing I am happy about Obama with inspite I want McCain in office. All I hear is "opress this" and "opress that".
