i continually get pop ups telling me i need to clean my p.c that viruses are critical on my p.c. these pop ups fill up the whole screen and appear faster than i can delete them and when i look up anti-virus i'm told that the anti-virus program is not signed by the author. i have very little computer knowledge and my son is the administrator so i can't even download the fix if i wanted to. please help
