What is your favorite recipe for Thanksgiving - besides Turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole?

I'm thinking of adding a butternut squash soup/parsnip soup combo Emeril recipe I found on foodnetwork.tv.
Do you have anything you make that is a favorite and not common?

My favorites are sweet potatoes casserole with the mini marshmallows on top and glazed carrots(which I never see done anymore!!!) I still make them every year and everyone loves them
3 Egg 2/3 c Canned pumpkin 1 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Cinnamon
Filling:
2 tb Butter 8 oz Cream cheese 3/4 ts Vanilla 1 c Powdered sugar 1 c Nuts
Directions:
Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Pour mixture into a jelly roll pan (10x15) that has been lined with foil and lightly greased. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn onto a lint free towel that has been coated with powered sugar roll while hot. Cool in towel. Cream together the filling ingredients. Unroll and fill with filling. Reroll wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
We love comfort foods that can be nibbled on later in the day after the big, main meal is over..things like Homemade macaroni and cheese which I like to make with different kind of cheeses other than Cheddar, Homemade noodles which are perfect for turkey and noodles the next day, and half corn-on-the-cobs. I always have to have croissants with a choice of jams as well as different kind of pickles.
Mine is a dessert it's Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake. It seems you were asking for dinner/side dish ideas, but e-mail me if you want the recipe. And here is a link to one that is similar.
