Cations...Anions...What???

I have an assignment in Chemistry. I've done all of it except this one part. It asks for the cations and anions. This is what I get:
Cations are the positive ones
Anions are the negative.

Now I don't know if I am doing this right because my teacher did not explain at all.

For Iron Oxide (Fe O ) or (Fe2 O3) Can't use sub...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^2 3
when it's Fe is 3+ and O is 2-

Is it Cations: 3+
Anions: 2-
