how to wear my GIANT sweater?

so our dept. at work is having an "ugly sweater day" this thursday, and i found this great sweater at a thrift store near me. The problem is it's about a 2XL and i wear a medium. I'm thinking of doing it with leggings and making it more of a sweater dress, but what do i do with those huge baggy sleeves? Also do i wear it belted (in which case it rumples and makes a poofy area in the front) or unbelted? Any advice would be great! (also i still have to look professional for work)

id of said put on some uggs and leggings but seeing as you need to look smart why dont you just leave it really baggy with a black chunky belt at your hips and like flare black trousers and heals and let the sweater hang over the belt a bit :)

Sweater dress sounds great to me. Killer heels and tights would be good. And if the belt doesn't look right don't wear it but if you can fix it it would look good I think.
