In a nutshell my boss is a nut! She is having her life coach come to the office and have us draw names from the 6 people in the office and say 3 good things about that person including our boss. The whole office knows how she is I can't say she is Friendly(she is mean to us and her clients) approachable (no way forget about asking a question) What are 3 like basic "generic" things I could say??!!?? w/out sounding fake.....

Often the thinks that are supposedly negative/abrasive about a person can signal a possible strength. Sounds to me like she is...

Why do you have to participate in this bizzare event? Why are you being forced to say nice things about your boss? If I were in your shoes I would refuse to participate.

tell her the truth ....even if she will hate you...and likely she will but you can help her...to see what she cant see and what other people are to scared to tell her.......or just say she is in control and constant and a hard worker .....working to put the fear in others...lol
