My email is still fine; it's the homepage that's different (it's not the my yahoo page), which they have "improved," and there are no links anywhere on the page to change it back. it just changed this morning to the new format.

Rob--thanks, it worked, although mine came up as "www.m.yahoo.com."

Instructions for "resetting" your home page to the old Yahoo! web page vs. the "new and improved" version.
1. Open your browser and go to a non-Yahoo web page.
2. Go into your options and clear your cookies.
3. Block the following cookie: m.www.yahoo.com
4. Close your browser (just for giggles).
5. Open your browser. You should be able to get the old Yahoo! web page even after you log back into your Yahoo! account.
Well I guess it's quite evident that Yahoo does not listen. This question is five years old and they just keep taking more and more away for the homepage. The new page is blah. But I guess if you believe less is more Yahoo is for you. As soon as I get my calendar moved to google I'll be gone. Makes you wonder how they stay in business.
I have repeatedly tried to get my old yahoo homepage back but to no avail! It clearly seems that yahoo dos not care about keeping their customers happy. Do they not see all the thousands of complaints being posted indicating how much the "new and improved" homepage is hated? LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!! Maybe it's time for ALL of us to make some changes of our on.
We can't get the original homepage back, Yahoo made the new one permanent Nov.11. They removed the option at the bottom to return. Click Page Options, then click Switch to Compact View, that will make it look like the original and stop the pop ups and fly overs. You can choose a color there also. If you like, you can use the Send Feedback at the bottom to let Yahoo know how you feel.
