How 2 lose 12 poundz in 9 dayz?

My bro needz 2 lose about 10-12 poundz in like 9 dayz 4 a modeling shoot,any idea's???He is eating healthy,like lean smart foods,how much carbs & wat ever should he eat in a day & wat type of exercises should he do???My bad I'm not a dietitian.Thx!!!

tell him to exercise 24/7, don't eat, or just puke lots until the shoot. i know it sounds plastic, but it's gonna b ok. L.O.L.!! JUST KIDDING! unless u want to do that then, have fun.

Do NO carb strictly. This diet is not good for long term but it does help for the quick temporary weight loss. I lost 7lb in three days when I did it strictly and a total of 20 lbs in about 6 weeks not so strictly (I am overweight but not obese) Also for those critics out there, no carb does not have to be high in fat. One can eat lean chicken or fish and veggies and have no carbs, although I did eat lots of red meat and eggs. It works but it ends up being boring.

make him only eat small meals 3 times a day. if needed snack on ONLY fruit. i lost 5lbs in 5 days while doing this .. of course im way overweight and have an over eating disorder... so if i go that long without junk food i loose so fast. cuz the more weight you have to loose the faster it comes off... if hes already healthy then its going to take him more then 9 days to loose 10 or 12 pounds. realistically and health wise that should take him at least 3-4 weeks (21/28 days)

here it is... there are 3500 cal in a pound of fat. so, that'ss 35000 calories in 9 days to lose 10lbs,that'ss 3889 calories per day. This means using the "calorie in calorie out" method, he needs to burn about 3900 calories per day more than he is eating. An average adult male will burn 3000 a day withoutexercisingg. If he eats 2000 calories per day he will need to burn 2900 to lose the weight. if he eats 1500 calories per day, he will need to burn 2400. Idon'tt suggest him eating less than that. so, lean protein, (grilled chix, egg whites, and lean red meat) with green veggies (no peas) and he should be able to do it as long as he excercises as well.
