It has been about 3 weeks (with Christmas and New Years in the middle) since I placed the order with the government to get the paperwork to apply for C & R license.
Anyone know roughly how long it takes to get the paperwork?
Yes I ordered online the application packet to apply for the C&R license.

Are you saying that you ordered the application packet?
If so it seems like I got mine in about a week
But the government kinda shuts down except for essential services during the holidays
When I have to deal with the government on anything like this usually about the time I start wondering where the hell is my stuff it gets there in a day or two

Class 3 C&R? A class 1 took 4 days.

Not a clue. One guy I know who has applied for his applied two months ago and... nothing. Maybe they are having a spike but this is BAFTE were talking about. They don't do their jobs, in fact when they do they punish their people. There just good at kill innocents and hassle gun stores and pulling their licence for a 4473 that have "Y" or "N" instead of "yes" or "no". So I dont know.
