is there a product that accurately measures calories burned through out a day?
i am sure that a Heart Rate Monitor would be fairly inaccurate cuz it doesn't know why my heart rate is up... unless you burn tons of calories wen you get scared, excited or any other kind of adrenaline rush. I am looking for something that i can wear all day that will let me know how many calories i am burning currently weather exercising, watching tv, playing Wii, or typing etc. and also keep a running tally for the day. or if that's not realistic, you know would cost a million bucks, then maybe a HRM that measures even when HR is low

The Body Bug is the most accurate that I have seen.
A heart rate monitor will usually estimate you calories burn fairly accurately (92% or more accurate). When your heart rate jumps because you are scared or have an adrenaline rush, it won't remain elevated so the HR monitor wont display that you are burning alot of calories. When you heart rate stays elevated for a long time (minutes on end) that is when it will adjust for accurate calories burned.
as properly because of the fact the quantity of time it takes to accomplish your 40-set, you will additionally could degree your heart fee while you're doing them. those 3 measurements could show you how to 'extrapolate' an elementary estimate of gasoline use in the time of each situp. yet without doing this, there is not any way which you would be waiting to make a sensible estimate. Even the way you carry out your situps will impression how a lot capacity yours eat, while in comparison with an same guy or woman doing them in a various way.
Calories is a large topic when it comes to weight loss. We need to learn three things: the volume of calories in our food, the volume of calories a specific physical action uses up every sixty minutes, and finally our own personal daily allowance of calories. The one method that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it definitely does work!
