1 1/2 mile run! PLEASE HELP?

i did really bad my first time , 25 something! i know i know! so now i did it at 19.03 STILL crapy i know! sooo how can i cut it short ? i need to be under 15! and i need to make my stride longer

DO NOT DRINK RED BULL before exercising. good way to dehydrate quicker.

drink water. 1.5 quarts an hour for up to 12 quarts a day. stay hydrated and you will feel better and be able to perform better. drink water the night before especially if it is in the morning. and drink water at least 2 hours before the event.

otherwise get running into your routine. if you only run once every 3 months it is going to show in your time. if you run everyday you will get stronger and faster. 1.5 mile run will seem cake.

just run 2-3 miles a couple times a week! it shouldnt take that long but the hardest part is getting yourself out there and doing it but once you get in shape its great!
