i am fine most of the time , maybe its pms i dont know .i really dont want to go to work today and i need to.i never see my children they are always with their grandma while i am working i need motivation help

Reprioritize your schedule and look for a new job -preferably something that gives you more time with the kids.
Try to find joy in your work. Keep in contact with the kids while you're stuck at the office. This will make it a little easier even though you're not with them.
Not much else you can do. Get on meds if thats what you want, but I think that you really just want to be with your children. So they're probably a better treatment than spending time with a mental health professional (and I don't say this often).

The best motivation is within oneself. What makes you happy should motivate you. What exactly makes you happy?
Working should not be a drag if you are happy with what you do. If you don't feel this way with your present job, then evaluate yourself and go find the job that you will love doing.
Set aside quality time for your children. Even if its only for an hour every now and then, make sure you and your children enjoy the time together.
Know the root cause of your depression. You can't fight an enemy effectively if you do not know who your enemy is. Once the cause is known, you will know how to overcome it. Use your will power to rule over depression. Don't be defeated by your own self. Stand up and shine!

What i want you do for me is use your children as motivation to keep going and promise things will get batter!
You got to know that being motivated is a mind skill and that the reason you are not motivated is because self defeating thoughts and you can over come them thoughts by believing that you can face anything standing in your way!
