Yeah i know. i wear my boots all time with them. but during the sping time i wear flats which also look better with skinny jeans.

on girls....Skinny!!! I wear a size 0, too!
on guys....regular..I don't know about you but I hate when I see a guy that looks better in skinny jeans then me....so guys just stay away from those skinny jeans ;)
